US fiancee visa approved, but plans to marry in Philippines before entering US

Can someone help me in this?

My fiancee visa was approved already. But lately, me & fiancee decided to have a wedding ceremony first in the Philippines and fly together to USA after a couple of days and then get married there again.

Won't there be any problem in the future if we do this?

You can re-do the vows in US. But if the marriage has already happened, she needs to use K3(spouse) instead of K1.

You can do an unofficial ceremony in her country, but do the legal marriage in the US.

good day! I know and i believe that you could'nt take your wife with you even if she's/he's married to a U.S citizen due to strict immigration rules.You have to file petition even if you choose to get married in the phil. what you need to do is apply the I-129 and I-130 to expedite the process of papers but once the I-129 gets approve cancel the interview date instead wait for a month to get the approval notice of I-130 so that once the whole thing is done and she gets her visa she gets here with a green card no need to apply for AOS which will cost you more and hussle.Wait for I-130 its a sure thing that when she gets here your hussle free she's green card holder.with k-1 it's just like with k-3 except that the k-3 is 2yrs while the k-1 is 3 months you have to get married and as soon as the marriage was officiated within 90 days you have to apply for AOS.
