I-130 and I-129F

I filed I-130 for my wife last year while I was a PR. Now I became a US citizen while the I-130 is still pending. If I call USCIS to change my filling status from PR to Citizen, will that speed up the processing of I-130? Can I file I-129F for my wife now for her K-3 visa?

First of all you have to be U.S. citizen to file for her.
and no changing status will not speed up process.
