K3 filer VSC

VSC has been updating my I-130 petition which was filed in January. Had 2 touches on it last few days, nothing on the I-129F since 04/14/08
And VSC is know for only processing I-130 and the I-129F disapears in the black hole in space. Shall I be receiving a Approval soon or maybe a RFE with all this updating my Petition???
Any input is greatly apprechiated.

Sorry for this silly question: What do you mean by "Touched" to the case?

Bethy - There is no way to judge if touches signify a looming RFE or an approval. However, if you are 100% confident and have verified that all your documents and forms are submitted correctly then you shouldnt worry about getting an RFE. On the same note, frequent touches doesnt mean an approval is right around the corner either. The only thing you can be sure about is at least they are working on your petition. I hope you get approved soon and will keep you and all fellow petitioners in my prayers!

Chapu, touched means when USCIS updates the "Last Updated date" on the USCIS website under Case Status. You can set up a account and check to see if your petition has been touched. You will know when its last been touched by the date showing.

I don't get it. When I do case status, it says: Receipt Number, Application Type, Current Status (received and pending) and a paragraph about them receiving my applcation and sending me a NOA. Where does it say "Last updated date"? I don't see anything like that.

It is in first screen where your receipt number and type of petition you filed, the one with the only date there, that day shows when USICS last touched your petiton, and that date changes when they update your petition.

Got it. In that case:

I-130
Received date: 10/9/2007
Notice date: 1/10/2008
Touched: 2/24/2008

I never filed I129. I would rather not deal with AOS.
