  • Help with G-325a please

Hi, I´m filling in the G-325a for my fiance visa application.

    My question is this:

The applicants residence the past 5 years - do they mean in the US or Sweden where I live? (I haven´t lived in the US only Sweden)

It´s confusing since it says on the line below applicants last adress outside the United States.

Same goes for the employment question do I fill in just the outside of the US or all of them?

Would appreciate some help so I can finish filling it out for our application. I´ve tried for days calling the customer service at USCIS but I keep getting a busy tone and this is the last paper I need to fill in before my fiance (not sure I spelled it right for the male version of it ) can send in our application.

    Thanks,

    Malin

Where ever you lived and worked in the last 5 years is what they want to know. It does not matter what country. If you are a citizen of the United States and live abroad then you put where you lived. As for your partner you give the same information as to where she worked and lived in the past 5 years. Good luck. I was approved on August 18, 2008 for my husband who lives in Greece. I filled out our g325 form it was very confusing but i did it right and all our papers were approved. I had no replys on sending anything in for further review. I sent my application July 10, 2008 and it was approved on the 18th of August. So i wish you all the very best of luck. I am moving on to the NVC (national visa center now.)
