Need help completing Green Card Adjustment of Status

Hi,
My green card is about to expire in two months. I enterd in to the USA as K1 Fiance Visa and got married within 90 days. Recently, I have been separated from my husband and we are about to file a mutual petition for divorce very soon. How should I proceed with my green card application for petition to remove conditions on residence status - form I-751 as far as answering question from Part 2, # d.

Please advise with as much details if possible.
