G325 a

This might seem silly, but I have read that the G325a forms submitted by the petitioner must be in different colors. Any truth? I am trying to avoid any lost time. What about the beneficiary, does his G325a form need to be certain color/size.

... no, no need for different colors. Just fill it out in the computer and print it out as it is. do not change font or size or anything. where exactly did you "hear" this?

I read it in a book titled "Fiance and Marriage Visas A Couple's Guide to US IMmigration"
The book also mentions I need to submit 4 G325a forms...immihelp says otherwise. I am confused?!?!

you need to submit 3 sets, each set has 4 copies (pages of paper).

2 sets (one for wife, one for husband) for the i-130.

1 set (for the person getting the GC) for the i-485.

thanks for the help. i will submit the i129f not the i130but assume that the same amount of sets of G325 a is the same for both. thanks for the clarification!
