Processing Times Updated!!!!!
I am flipping out!!!!! Vermony center has updated their processing times and I130 is STILL on July 30th, 2007. It has now been on this date for 3 months!!!!! When are they ever going to take care of the rest of our applications!!!! This processing is taking forever.....is it possible for me to go live with my husband overseas as this process awaits approval?

Selin,you're waiting is not even half of mine...we've been waiting for 9 months for our k3 approval..not sure what happed to our petition when they transferred it to Ca service center from Texas..No idea what's going on. -
Never go by the posted processing times. The July date only means they have petitions laying around especially at VSC. "Problem cases." They are working on more current dates, Dec. Jan and Feb. Give it a bit longer.
An officer told me today, just wait, wont be much longer, sooner then you think. Maybe Im a fool to believe, but it is something.
