we have a problem with the portion :
11. Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiancé(e)
or husband/wife before?

My fiance got married in Kuwait 1999 where he was based while he was still in the Marine Corps. His ex-wife was a filipina too that was based as well in Kuwait as a flight attendant of Kuwait Airways. After they got married they filled out this form which unfortunately he can NO longer remember what kind of form...then went to the Consulate where they submitted (not mail) the form and she got a visa and then received the Brown package that says DO NOT OPEN after few days....
Do you have an idea what form they used? is this the I-130 or Spouse Visa?
What should he answer on the question 11 (above)? If yes, our problem is...he has no more communication with his ex since 2004 and no idea how to keep in touch with her. So, how are we goona get the info needed for that question 11... like the alien # and the date & place where it was filed...thanks
