    Nvc

    You need to give a little more information. Is it only the K1 fiancee visa that you applied for. That delay doesn't sound right. It should have gone immediately to the NVC and then on to the foreign embassy. Here's some numbers to call:

    NVC 603-334-0700, press 1 for English, then 5 to talk to someone. There is someone there until late night. Have your number off the approval receipt.

    USCIS 1-800-375-5283

    Department of State (202) 663-1225

    If you don't get help from them, you can write your US Congressman for help in the matter. If they make an request for information on your behalf, they have to give him an answer within a couple of days as to the status of your case.

        USCIS Will Not Send My Approved I-129F to NVC !!!!!

        I have the same problem with USCIS, they have not sent my approved I-129F to NVC and it is going on 54 days since USCIS has approved my I-129F on April 28, 2011.
        I keep calling NVC each day, and each day they say that they don't have my approved I-129F, and they wait to receive it from USCIS.

        This is so frustrating when my research tells me that many approved I-129F petitions travel from USCIS in days or weeks; but mine is going on two months already (Two more months and it expires).

        I have emailed, faxed, written, and talked to NVC, USCIS, Congressman, Congresswomen, and written to The President Of the USA on this matter.
        I don't know whar else I can do in this situation.

          Roy,

          Has NVC recieved your file by now? My file has been sent over 4 weeks ago and NVC has not received it yet so I might be in the same situation.

          let me know

          Regards,
