quick G325a question....Thanks for help!

On the g325a anyone know if it is necessary to:

1. submit ALL employment over the past five years (including temporary?)

2. list all addresses outside of the US less than one year (I was an exhange student for a period of six months in both London and Paris)

If they ask for it, then disclose the information to the best of your ability to remember.
