Question about g-325a

I am filing K1 petition for my fiance, who is in INDIA.

I filled up g-325a for myself (4 pages) - where (1) I sign as an applicant (2) in the bold box at the bottom put my name.

I filled up another g-325a for my fiance (4 pages) - (1) who signs where it says 'Signature of Applicant'? Since I am the petitioner/applicant, do I sign even though this is my fiances information? (2) whos name I put in the Bold box?

Her G-325a= her information, her signature and date, her name in the box.

Your G-325a=your information, your signature, your name in the box.

You can fill in her data if you know her parents names, etc and save the form and email to her. She would print all four pages and sign each and snail mail back to you. Or you can fill it in, print all 4 pages, snail mail papers to her, she signs and dates and snail mails back to you.
