So, I was reading below, and you cant enter on a temp visa with intent to get married, but if you do marry someone spontaneously then that cant be classed as fraud, so then, if you do marry spontaneously, can you lodge for spouse visa from within the country? Or do you have to leave and apply for visa? AND on that note, they say there can be exceptions when applying for fiance visa on the having been together face to face in the last two years, what sort of exceptions are we looking at there, do they take into consideration the sudden boom in internet relationships and online marraige sites? Can anyone help with these questions?

Tell us where you are and what you want to do.
All of these "what if" questions are to vague... but bottom line is, you can not have the preconceived idea of getting married AND applying for your Green Card when you enter using a non-immigrant visa. Period.
Also, you must have met your fiancee in the prior 2 years to filing for a K1 visa. Period.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.
