I am a U.S. citizen and I am in the process of helping my husband get an immigrant visa. I have been contacted by the NVC and I'm in the process of filling out the I-864EZ but I am wondering if I need to change my name on the form. We sent all of the original paperwork before I changed my name on my Social Security Card but I have since then changed it. Should I continue to use my maiden name or do I need to use my married name? Any information will be helpful!!!
