K3 / I129F & I130 at Dhaka Bangladesh

I have a few questions regarding K3 & I130 status info at USCIS page:
1. What does the last updated date mean? In my status update, Vermont SC received I130 on Feb 27, 2008. During online status update, it states May 06, 2008 as the Last Updated Date. They were processing files from July 30, 2007 during June 15, 2008 update. Any idea what does May 06, 2008 mean if they are still processing files from July 30, 2007 and earlier?
2. Current processing time (updated during June 15, 2008) for K3 visa is Dec 18, 2007 at Vermont SC. My K3 application was received on March 5, 2008. Does that mean I will have to wait approx 2.5 months until VSC starts processing it with linear projection? Has anyone experienced K3 getting processed sooner than the received date? Are there any peak season issues that can make it faster or slower?
3. Does anyone have any idea of the approx time frames to get the K3 visa approved in Dhaka Bangladesh provided VSC starts processing it on Aug 30th, 2008?
