    US Citizen wants to marry Indian Citizen (some questions)

    Hello.

    I'm about to get married to an indian girl (she lives in india at the moment) probably end of this year. I want to know what the process was in applying for her Fiance Visa so she can come to the US. I was told by a friend that "after you get married in India, you are supposed to stay in India for 90 days before coming back". Can somebody please clear the specifics with me? Thanks for the help - appreciate it.

      Soo how long do you think the entire process takes from the time I send in the application for her visa till the time she actually gets it?
