I'd like to submit the petition now. We won't be meeting in person until mid October.
It say in the instructions for the I-129 question
5A) You can provide evidence of hardship or customary, cultural or social practices that prohibit your meeting.
5B) Provide original statements to establish mutual intent to marry
We are both muslim and her parents are super strict there is no way they will allow us to meet or even talk freely unless we are married by religious ceremony.
Will letters from both of us and our parents stating our intent to marry suffice?
I hear there's some sort of waiver we have to get too. Any know about this? And where/how to get it?
