With the K1 visa petition, what documents need to be filed? I plan on hiring some sort of service to help me with this, but I lost a lot of documents (for myself, the US citizen) a while ago and would like to have a head start before contracting a lawyer.
Do I need tax info? Is it mandatory to have a bank account in the US? (I´ve been away for some time) Birth certificates, etc? What, generally, do I need to get?
