Question on form FC-019

Can you please tell me what is form FC-029 because i couldn't find on INS.GOV form list? is it needed ? do we both need to file it?

I'm glad I found this website before I could file my K1 petition for my fiance. I have been reading quite a bit and I came across similar question about the FC-029 form.

The cover letter sample which I found here already states that the documents submitted are true and exact copies of the original. If I use I a similar format do I still have to write a separate letter of authenticity or will the cover letter suffice?

Additionally, the USCIS instruction for filing I-129F petition does not mention such form or statement. Is it still advisable to submit it?

The FC-029 is old and discontinued form and no longer requires submitting.
Make exact copy and keep all original documents with you. Do not send originals.
While submitting application write a cover later stating, “Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I agree to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date, if required.”
