Which Address???

Hello! I am in California and I know I have to send it to the California address BUT....

On the 129F Instruction it only states one address, on this link https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/k...-petition.html
it states there are TWO address's, one for USPS and the other for NON-USPS.

Where did that second address come from? I was intending on sending this FEDEX overnight but just want to KNOW I am sending it to the RIGHT place so there are NO delays.

For FedEx, use non-USPS address.

Is there a benefit of one over another (USPS vs non USPS)? I just want it quickest route.
