Hi all
I just got a divorce last month with an American woman which I didn't get my citizen, which I got before her while being married to another American citizen. I was a green holder for 5 years and while being married to the 2nd I filled for naturalization. I had a son with the 2nd who is 5years old and we were married since 2003. We grow apart during the marriage and decided to mutually get a divorce meantime I met somebody else who is in Dakar(Senegal) who I just had a child who is 3 months.
I had proof that I went to Dakar twice with Airline tickets and she came to visit me here but we do not have any pictures to proof it.
Is that proof enough that we saw each other if I provide birth certificate?
I just got a divorce here and trying to file I-129f for a K1 visa will that harm us?
This is what I have for proof
I text her everyday 10 times the last 2 years - i have copy for 10months
I have airline tickets for 3 trips to africa during the around 2 years
I send money every month or twice a month - proof with Moneygram or western union
Emails with pictures attachment of when she was pregnant.
Pics of the baby
Do I also need to show proof of my ending marriage that is wasn't fraud. PS I'm paying child support and have 1000 of pics of my son and her with trips we took and cars we bought and house we used to stay at?
Please help any advice would be greatly appreciated.
