what will happen to my I129f case if i go back and get married?

hi, i filed an I129f petition in 2005. in december of 2006 we had the intervew and my case was returned to vermont to be reviewed. according to the emmbassy, they did that because we didn't bring enough evidence to the interview. i sent them all the proof or evidence that i have, which are more than enough to convince them. it's been more than 15 months and i dont recieve anything from them. i call every month to ask where we are in the process and they just tell me that i have to wait. now am tired of waiting. i think that's not fare. now, i am planing to go back and get married, but am not sure if that is a good idea. we have this relationship for a very long time now and we have been trying to get together for 3 years now and it has been a nightmare for us.

please help us with your recomendations.

my questions are:

what will happen to the I129f case if we get married?
since they are revewing my case, should i file a petition as a wife?
should i get an attorney to be saver?
what you do in my situation?

what will happen to the I129f case if we get married?

Two years ago, any immigration attorney would have advised you to marry and apply for an I-130. Now, marrying with a returned K-1 is a dangerous proposition.

since they are revewing my case, should i file a petition as a wife?

All an attorney can do at this point is to sell you some hope.
