  • Case for K1 TOUCHED??

    Hi,

How does one know if his case for K1 was "touched"? I used my tracking number to see my K1 application status and it just says "case is received and pending".

Is the case always touched before it gets approved?

    Thanks

    Case K-1 touched?

I learned through this website how to check the status of my case on USCIS' website. In case status put in your receipt number and look to the left and click login. Once you enter in your information you can see the last date that your case was updated. Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable will give you more information. But you should be able to figure it out, it is easy. Good luck.

When you check you case online you will know that its been touched depending on the "case status" update. I believe that changes are always updated after every 15th of the month for all the cases that have been touched.

What receipt number were you refering too? I submitted my package through California and it was received and signed for a week ago as indicated by FEDEX... Will they send something to me and if so, how long before I can expect to see something?

          Thanks
