    Hello,
    I am going to file I-130 for my spouse with all necessary documents’ photocopy and later, will file I-129F.
    1. What documents required to send with the I-129F other than NOA1 of approved I-130?
    2. Do I have need to send all those documents again that I am going to file with I-130?
    Thanks

    Yes, you will need to send all of the documents with I-129F that you sent with I-130. Documents for both petitions are about the same. Read the instructions page for further.

      Thanks for your reply.
      As I am not sure so like to know is it ok if I send following documents along with I-130 (petition for spouse), i.e., petitioner‘s photocopy of:
      1. Birth certificate,
      2. Driver's license,
      3. Social Security card and
      4. Tax return of last 3-years (or 5-years)

        1. Birth certificate => For K3, you need marriage certificate instead
        2. Driver's license => No
        3. Social Security card => Only the # needs to be written
        4. Tax return of last 3-years => With I-864, if required.
