k3 case pending and wanting to be with spouse

i married my wife and she moved in to my house that i have in my country. my k3 is still pending. my wife's aunt has put a threat on her life because of family problems. my wife lives all alone in my house and she needs me next to her. my job is giving me a leave of abscence to go and be with her. how will this affect my k3 case if i am with her over there for about 4 months. Concerning mailing, I currently have my parent's address on the case so they will track everything for me.

I think it's fine as long as you can show that you meet the Affidavit of Support qualifications. Without working, is that possible to show an income? I suppose if your 2007 tax return shows income and your employer will write a letter stating you are permanently employed and a salary, you will be covered. I don't know what you'll do if they ask to see recent pay stubs at the interview. Show your latest and **** it like you brought the wrong ones maybe. I'm just kidding on that. Be honest if they ask for more information and tell them the truth why you had to take a leave of absence, but have some proof that your job is still awaiting your return.
