I have a few questions
1)My fiance is in the Dominican Republic and she has 3 kids, 1 of which is mine. Once the visa is approved, she would like to come to the US without her 2 older kids(which are not mine) to get settled and then go back and get the kids when they have finished school in June. My question is
a)When can she legally leave the US and go get the kids without having to get special permission and without running the risk of them not letting her back into the US?
b) Can I go get the kids? According to what I read the kids will have 1 year to travel to the US. Will I have any problems getting the kids out the country and getting them past immigration in the US since they are not my biological kids?
