Anyone had troubles with the immilawyer?

Hi all,

We have hired a lawyer to get us thru the process but recently their office won't return our calls or emails.
Anyone had any similar experience with lawyers?
Just got the package from the embassy and have so many questions, got a lot of answears from this forum ( thank you all).
Do you have any idea what happens if your employer won't give an employment letter anymore and only way you can check that is by phone? How understanding can an embassy be with this policy?

Many employers have been moving to "the worknumber" type services which is a pain for employment verification. Luckily, the immigration department from many employers still issue the employment verification letters on paper.

Check with them and the HR and they should be able to accomodate the request.
