NVC Lost My I-129F

NVC lost my I-129F file
i get to know from my congress man b/c i didn't hear anything from NVC all i hear is that it will take 90 days the end of the 90 days i get a call from congress man that NVC lost my file so i called back USCIS and told everything so now just two day ago i have send I-824 with everything again. i have send all the information that they have ask me to.

does anybody had this problem?
anybody know how long it will take again?

NVC lost my I-129F

Yes, we have had similar experience from The Vermont Service Center. After I asked for a search by hand in December 07/January 08, they found that they did not have an application from me BUT they were able to cash my check in January. I had to send in a new I-130 plus a copy of the old one, a copy of the payment(dated September 2007), and copies of the 325A. My original I-130 application was filed in September 2007. Due to USCIS losing my information my 797 is for January 2008. Due to their error I asked them to expediate the case and they said it did not meet the criteria. BUT you all lost it. USCIS error. Therefore, July 2008, we are still waiting. It is soooooo ridiculous but I am in the same boat as you. Hang in there.

i have send them original copy but i made copy of them so i send them again since its there error they said don't send the check just explain the in the letter about waving fee.
i hope they process fast and also NVC do fast on this
