Help confused between K1 & K3 visa

My bf who is a us citizen and I are getting married this month in the Philippines. What are the requirements for him to get me here and stay together in USA. I once got a tourist visa but got deported (Airport to airport)due to overstaying.They canceled my multiple visa and banned me for 5yrs. Its been 4yrs already and Im wondering if I still need to get a visa waiver for me to be able to come back to US.How long will it take for my future husband to get me here in the philippines? Which is easier for us to be together is it by k1 visa or k3 visa? Pls.I need someones advice.. tnx!

If they actually banned you, then you are still banned regardless of being married to an US citizen.

You need to apply for a K-3 visa and the processing will take about 8-12 months, so by that time your ban would have been lifted.
