hi i am from india. i got married to a us citizen in jan 2008. we approached a immigration lawyer in usa and filed for k3. as per the lawyer's advice we filed for both I-130 and I-129 at the same time thats on 4thmarch 2008. we received NOA for I-130 on 11th march 2008 but none for I-129. what are supposed to do now. i was expecting to hear a response from them abt our approval but now i understand that they have not given us NOA-1 for I- 129. do we file again or is there some way to find out if they have our 129 form.
can i go to usa on a visiting visa i ahve to appear fro my medical licensing exam. what will ahppen if i dont apply I-129 again.
somebody please answer i am totally confused. i dont know i the lawyer gave us a sound advice.
