Hi,

My Fiaance has applied for a K1 Visa for me. I already have B1. Can I travel to US under B1 looking at the long K1 Processing times? Will I have a problem at immigration? Should I show them my K1 Papers if questioned. Please help.

It will be VERY hard for you to enter the USA on a visitor visa. You have immigrant intent (since you will be marrying an US citizen).

If the purpose of this trip is to spend some time with your fiancee while you wait for the K1 to be approved and then you will return home and get the K1 interview and visa stamp, then you can try, but your chances are low.

On the other hand, if you plan on just entering on the B1 and marrying, and staying, that would be immigration fraud.

Well that was my real intention just to spend time and come back for my K1 Stamping! But seems real problematic huh. Thanks for your response.
