I-130 please help

hi, my wife is planning to file for I-130 and wait till she Receivesthe acceptance recipit i guess its called i-779 c then fly to dubai to live with me till it get approves as her parents will be leaving at the address mentioned by her and if NVC requires anything they will be mailing it and she will be notified by her parents my question is there any drawback if she comes and moves with me while my I-130 is pending, any kind of advice will be Appreciated

No problem as long as she gets mail and follow-up the procedure, like filing I-129F for spouse (if she is US citizen and want to go through K3 visa process).
If she is citizen and moving for long-term then how about the choice of going through the process of Direct Consular Filing (DCF).
