  • Address Change for the Beneficiary

    Hello,

I searched and found Petitioner change of address information but what I need is Beneficiary.

My question is, if the beneficiary MOVES while in the process of our I-129F application process, where do I report this and WILL it cause delays? She has yet to move for fear of delaying or slowing this already slow process down.

I received my NOA#1 and am currently awaiting NOA#2.

    Thankyou!

    Elmer

It is important to inform US consulate/ embassy abroad about any changes in beneficiary address in order to get instruction packet (known as Packet 3).
This can be done either by writing a letter or through fax or by sending an e-mail to them.
