Consulate/embassy change

I have a question, I was wondering if changing consulate/ embassy for I129f would be possible? Let say the beneficiary wants to file for visa in another country. what are the pros and cons?

Thank you Amir for your response. I asked the question in the first place because, the beneficiary native country does not have a US consulate/embassy. The closest country that process the visa for her native country is Kenya. The thing is she is not in Kenya she lives in another country. For the past few months the US embassy there had slowed its visa process because of the unrest there. I'm hoping by the time I get approve they would resume their normal process.

I already sent my I-129F last month. anyway, I read that the consulate will resume their normal visa process in the near future. That's a good start.
