Fee for K-1 exam in UK

What is the medical exam fee for a K-1 visa? Knightsbridge lists a fee for an exam but also for a non-immigrant visa. Is it both?

£180 plus any jabs you get there.

K1 is non-immigrant, but often the requirements get lumped under immigrant on London website because most are the same.
