K1 Visa documents

In July I sent off my K1 visa for my myself and my fiance who lives in Germany. Today we were talking and she said that she needed me to send the whole petition to take to her interview. The problem is, I only made copies of the things that I knew wouldn't be easy to get a hold of again. Are we totally screwed, or can we just get those things again to take with her to the interview? Is there any way I can get copies from USCIS?
