Need Help...

Hello Everybody. My name is Kris and I am new to this forum. Just want to know if how long does it take for a spousal visa to be processed? Because my Mom and Step dad married last 2006 and still my Mom haven't been petitioned yet... Just sad that families get separated long because of this rules that US have... They shouldn't be strict with spouses of US Citizens...

There aren't strict rules for spouses of Citizens... it takes less than 1 year.

It takes 4-5 for spouses of green card holders... so talk about fair?
