I am getting married in Manila soon.I want to have my wife here on a k-3 visa,but the I29f form ask about three or more convictions of alcohol.i have had 3 dwi .will that stop me from them giving me her visa?Or is ther something else i can do to get her here?

I think they are more concerned with crimes committed by the foreign born as they won't admit people with crimes of moral turpitude into the US. Call the Dept of State and ask them or the USCIS.
They are checking you out to make sure your fiance will be safe coming to the US. They might ask her things like, "Did you know your fiance has been arrested 3 times?" " Do you know your fiance was married twice before?"
Make sure your fiance is well aware of anything you send in so she can say yes, I know he was arrested and went to jail for 10 days, but that was very long ago.....just make sure she can discuss it all and show an understanding. That's why they say copy the entire packet and send to her.. It's like study notes so she knows everything you submitted. What does he do? Where was he born? What is his address?
