NVC lost my I-129F file
i get to know from my congress man b/c i didn't hear anything from NVC all i hear is that it will take 90 days the end of the 90 days i get a call from congress man that NVC lost my file so i called back USCIS and told everything so now i have send everything to them again i have send all the information that they have ask me to and now it's been month and not hearing anything and my notice date is expire now. it's just wasting time again and it gone be 3 years for my engagement in Dec
so now i talk to lawyer and he said go india and get court marriage and apply k-3
it's already one year since i have last apply
does anybody had this problem?
