Where can how can my girl friend fill i -130 for me.Am in nepal now,she is a green card holder.We will marry soon when she comes to nepal.Can she apply for a visa for me outside from USA in nepal.What are the documents required for it?She has green card 9 months ago,will it make a difference?

Which way is faster for me,get married in nepal and apply or apply before marrying,go to USA and get married .

She needs to be married to you before she can file anything.

You can not come to marry in the USA, because you can not stay in the USA legally after you marry.

You will have to wait 5-6 years, after she files for you, before you can get a Green Card. There is a LONG wait for spouses of green card holders.
