  • 221g letter/blue form

hi. i need some advice or insights. me and my 2 yr old daughter were interviewed in us embassy in manila last july 24 '08. the consul gave me a 21g letter(blue form) where i have to submit w2 forms and proof of current income from my fiance(there were w2 forms already and bank account deposit statements im not sure if it was overlooked), valid passports fr me (my passport is still valid but i guess they want the new electronic passport), pregnancy photos, picture of family with the petitioner, and copy of medical or hospital records from pregnancy or birth. now it is clear that they are questioning my relationship with my daughter since she was a year late before i registered her. and also, i was married before and now a widow. i did not put my late husband's name in her birth certificate though we were married. i submitted the documents they asked me on aug 11 08. i was also told topay delbros in casemy visa was approved. they took our passports too. now it had been 3 weeks since i havent heard from them.
Q1. how long it usually takes before i could hear from them?
Q2. can i call the call center and do they have access on the database whether we are approved or not?

the wait is really killing me...

anyone who can reply? thank you.
