Current Processing Time Need Help

Hi Everybody

I filed a K-1 petition in august and it arrived in august, now i am looking at the processing time and it shows January 02, 2008, so does this mean that they are 7 months behind? what could be the esimated time for the approval notice? please help!!

Depends

Vermont Service Center seems to be the fastest these days. I never pay attention to the time estimates. I'm also a member of Visa Journey and for VSC it's taking about 4 months at most. California is longer by a month or two.
