First, is there any number I can call to ask questions? So far I can't find one on the net.
-My fiance is the only one that can care for his younger sister. Can she be listed as his dependent for a k2 visa?
-We don't have any photos of the two of us together. Is there any chance of the application getting approved without them?

is there any number I can call to ask questions? So far I can't find one on the net. Nothing that will help you really. USCIS costumer service do nothing for you if you call them. Just ask your questions here.

-We don't have any photos of the two of us together. Is there any chance of the application getting approved without them? You need to prove that you have met physically (in person) in the past 2 years... show plane tickets to visit, etc. Photos are the best way... and no, you may not use photoshop
