Hello,
My fiance's I-129F was processed and visa is approved. It was sent over to her consulate in Delhi. She was given an I-134 form to have filled out. She scanned it and sent to me - after looking over this poor copy, I found that the PDF of this was readily available. So I filled that out instead, printed it off, and had it notarized.
Looking over the affidavit instructions, emphasis was on that the form needed notarized and supplemented with supporting evidence. But when I found this online I do recall unofficial instructions that the form needed to be printed on both sides of the same paper. I FORGOT. It wasn't until days later when my fiance received it that I remembered.
Now the question is - how important is it for a 2 page affidavit that must be signed and notarized to be on the SAME paper?
The first page contains my oath statement, whom I'm sponsoring, who I'm employed with and how much I'm making. The second page repeats her name and that I intend to support her, followed by my signature and the notarization. She also has all the supporting evidence of my financial status.
Can I just staple these two pages together? Or do the consulates really get picky?
