K-1 vs. K-2 question? !

Originally, we were just going to apply for the Fiance visa and wait it out. However, does anyone have any experience with just having your fiance come to the U.S. (on tourist visa) and getting married? Then filling out the forms here while you wait for processing? Although it may take longer to be technically married, you can at least be together while you wait? Or is this a bad idea?

for me, its fine to bring here as tourist visa.but she will having problem in some papers like she will need to show bank acc., profits,business etc.so u ill need to work for it just to give her visa.so its better to apply fiancee visa visit her twice and apply it and wait 6months or more depends on the immig.process.

u mean while ur applying for fiancee visa u want to invite ur fiancee in tourist visa? maybe u can't bec.she can't leave her country while the visa is on process..
