What is the meaning of Approval Notice sent?

Presently i am in India & My Wife is in USA (alreday Marriged)

We have received the Mail from USCIS.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On August 13, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

So what is the Next Process???????????????????????????

& when we r getting US visa?????????????

Your I-130 approved by USCIS (there role is over here) and forwarded to National Visa Center (NVC) for next steps.
You have approval Notice of Action 2 (NOA2) for your I-130, roughly around 2-3 weeks call NVC @ 603-334-0700, if they received your approval.
NVC will assign the case number and send you a copy of DS-3032 (choice of agent form), DS-230 and affidavit of support bill to the petitioner.
Once you paid the bill (mostly online payment), I-864 Package will generated and send it to petitioner, which you have to bring at the time of your interview (some US counselor want I-134, depends on case).
If everything is fine your case will forwarded to US consulate in India, from there you will get medical exams form and interview date.

Query of forwarded NVC & Assigement of Case Number

Dear All

1) How can I know that my form(I-130) is forwarded to NVC?

2) How can I know that I have been assigned case number? Approximatly how much time will take to complete assigment of case to forwarding of case to consulate in India?

Natiional Visa Center

The next step will come from National Visa Center, they will assign you a new number and will request $70.00 for the affadavit of support fees (Income requirements). Once they recieve payment they will send a notice to the petitioner or lawyer for your case. The next step along with this is they will want to appoint your husband/wife and agent. Which is someone with an US address for correspondence for your alien relative. You will have to make sure you do things the way they ask, do not send anything until you hear from them and they request the information. Go to the national visa center web page and you will find all this information there. Good luck

How can I know that my application has been forwarded by USCIS to NVC ?

How can I know that National Visa Center has assigned a number to me ?
