What's next?
I am a US cit. I applied for a i-130 visa for my undomcumented husband. He was approved. We have the appointment to go to Cuidad Juarez. I was worried about the 10 yr bar.
What is my next step to help him get him res. card? I know I need to do an appl. for the 10 year bar but can I do that now or do I wait until we are in Juarez?
I am lost. The attorney is going to charge us $7000 to continue on with this process. I am hoping we dont need his help.
