Hey,
I dont know what else to do and where to turn. I don't have enough money for a lawyer so I came here...I hope someone who can help me finds this.
I am applying for a visa to enter the usa and get married after 90 days. The K 1 I believe its called.
Im 25 years old no criminal record, no children or ex wifes, nothing at all. I can prove the relationship with my fiancee as we have been dating for 5 years I have stacks of cards from her I have hundreds of emails, and I have phone bills.
I have two problems. 1) On the paper work it asks for someone who is willing to sponsor me (I plan on working if evertyhing goes well obviously but it still asks for a sponser) Does that have to be my Fiancee or can it be her mother or father? Because my Fiancee is a full time student she has quite a savings saved up over 15 k but she got most of it from birthday money and baby sitting since she was like 12. So I dont think she can count that? So who can be my sponsor?
problem 2) I went to the usa in early 2007 and stayed for a few months went back to canada for like a month or two then went back to the states untill christmas then when I tried to come back into the usa I got stopped at the border. They wrote something back in my pass port 7a1 win w/d and the date this occured. does anyone know what that means and will me being stopped at the canadian american border going back into the usa invalidate me for entry under a visa? is their antyhign i can do? I need to be with my fiancee my heart breaks every day....and now I go for my interview soon and im sooooo scared.....please help.
