pls.help amir,nicole coz im confuse

hello.
i have a question pls.k1 should be marry within 90 days ryt. after we married i should file adjustment of status.my question is wat if my 90 days is finish and my adjustment of status is not approve is ds mean i have to go home?pls guide me .thank u
