    Hello,

I need your advice on how to go about the above caption.

My girlfriend is a citizen of USA and we've been going some years and wants to get married, unfortunately we could not achieve it in may 2008 before I went back to my country.

I first entered the United State in 2003 on a Shell project constructed in New Orleans which I was the Electrical & Instrument Supervisor. I've made a total of 12 trips on the account of this project, the project is still on as I write this email to you. Recently I arrived Atlanta Airport on the 10th June, 2008 and the immigration officer told me to step aside and called another immigration officer to take me into their office for questioning. When I got to their office, I was asked why I overstayed by eight days during my previous visit and I explained it was on health grounds.

The interview immigration officer admitted me into US after questioning by stamping my passport. However, while I was leaving another immigration officer called me back, collected my passport without proffering any reason, he canceled my visa & detained me in City of Atlanta Department of Corrections. On my inquiry, he simply said I’m sending you back to Nigeria and if I indeed wish to come back to the United States I should go to the US Embassy in Nigeria for a new visa.

Now I need your help because my wife to be is 6 months pregnant and it like her world is crashing, I've been to the US embassy in my country but no positive response. Am her life as we speak and she has been having emotional problems and fears. I pay all the bills for her and also house her. What do I do?

    Your response is highly appreciated.

    Thank you.

The best thing to do is to get married to her. And she file your greencard. https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard/index.html
