I got married last sept. 19,2008 but we still havnt filed for aos bcoz of some financial problem but were planning to apply next month for adjustment of status my questions are:
1) My I-94 was expired last 09-24-2008 will i have a problem?
2) my visa will expire by 10-14-08 what will gonna happen if my aos still pending?
3) For those forms like I-485,-I-765,I-131 do i need to use my husband last name or my old last name?
